B/c conditions are prime in Central Oregon. A good 12-15 of new light powder well bonded. Most pesky layers have consolidated and most fractures are small soft slabs.

X-mas crust is still down there, but takes a lot to get it to go anywhere.

Best conditions of the year IMO.
