Bands of moisture rotating about a low pressure system west of Vancouver Island will continue to deposit snow inland. Storm totals already reported have varied from 5 to 10 cm in the Okanagan region with higher amounts of 15 cm reported for the West Kootenay region near trail bc. More fluffy snow is on the way. Further snowfall amounts in a range of 5 to 10 cm are expected today and tonight with additional local amounts up to 15 cm expected for some southern interior regions. The snow will taper to a few flurries by Monday morning as the low drifts to the south.
