Hey BC, moved here a couple months ago from Cali and getting oriented. What's the word on skinning at Cypress? Is it allowed? I'm hoping to put in a couple quick laps before work tomorrow. Was up in their lot yesterday and coverage looked good enough to have some fun. Thanks for any info!

Not sure about the rules but I've skinned up the main trails when the resort was closed and never ran into any issues. Heading up the big green run (collins?) on strahan is a nice easy skin.

Also, not sure if many people are even look at this thread but I'm looking for partners for this winter! I'm pretty limited on backcountry partners and hoping to get as much in as possible this year.

Winter is coming

Yeah, I noticed no one had posted to this thread for over a year.
But thanks for the info BeamerLad. Seemingly seconds after I put that post up it turned to rain up there, good to know for the future though. I'll send you my email address in a PM, hit me up if you want to talk about doing some hiking. Moved up here not knowing a soul so I need partners too!
