I'm heading out to UT next week and wanted to know how the conditions are in the BC and resorts.

I'm there for the entire week... I'm planning to do some splitin', resort ridin' and snowkitin', so if anyone want's to be my tour guide (aka someone who wants to ride and knows the area) I'll reward you with lots of beer!

Yoda, if you go to the Utah Avy Center websight http://www.avalanche.org/~uac/ you can do a bit of research and piece together all the weather events which will give you an excellent synopsis of our current snowpack. This site is the premier site for forecast centers in the US, and other centers are beginning to use that site as a model. Also, there are many links which will get you snotel info, resort conditions, and current weather info. There are some excellent additions they will be adding soon as well.

Also check out Wow's thread on ttips, and posting on that thread will likely round up some friendly tour guides.
