Has anyone been in to check out the conditions on the Crestone Needle or Kit Carson. I was going to try and check it out next week, but don't want to carry in the board/boots/ect. if there is no worthy snow. I was up in the Elks last week and that dust layer is killing the snowpack around there, but it seemed to be better in the Front Range and where I was around Dillon. Does anybody know what is going on in the Los Sangre de Cristo's.
