Try going to a Neurosis show...12-15 minute songs of soft and somber all the way up through the wall of devastation.

In Flames is pretty much speed/death/thrash metal.

I haven't been to a Neurosis show but I've got an album or two. Haven't listened to them in awhile.

Ummm, speed/death/thrash metal. Don't listen to much of that anymore. Are you recommending them?
