Driving up from San Diego Thursday afternoon or evening with plenty of room, hit me up if you want to carpool

What's times this party getting started on Friday?

Whenever ..I'll be there from 9am on. I think people will be trickling in all day, so if people with same cars/caravans, arrival times should aim to tour together.

Swanny is handling all the demos so check w/ him on that stuff.

Probably not arriving until Friday night...rolling from northern LA county. I have room for 1 person but plenty of gear. I only have 1 seat w/ belt in the van but if anyone else has empty seats but no gear room hit me up.

I feel your pain Tommy! But I've found that beanbags, thermarest chairs, and those fold-up foam chairs that fold out to small bed all work great. As far as seatbelts, I'm thinking cargo straps could work...

OK, so we've got the house for a special rate on thursday night, and we'll just divide the cost by the people who stay that night. It's already gonna be $50 or less, but if 5 more show up it'll be $25 for that night. This accounting will be separate from the main party accounting, but I wanted folks who are coming up early to know about this option. No need to pm me, just show up on Thur PM (I'm gonna check in at 3ish on Thursday-so after that)

Edit: my math skills are dead for the day. It's 200+taxes and we'll split between whoever stays that night. We've already got 4 or 5 people, but I've a feeling there'll be more.

just found a ride up to tahoe later today so i should be rolling down in my van thursday night. probably gonna car-camp the whole time but i'll be ready to tour first thing friday morning! looking forward to meeting y'all...

My friend who's tagging along this year doesn't have his own beacon/shovel/probe setup. Anyone have an extra setup, or have a suggestion on where to rent there in Mammoth? Tracker or similar digital beacon would be a bonus...

We'll be rolling in sometime Friday, leaving from the S.F. Bay Area early Friday morning....

oh, and if anyone who was up there last year and knows that I took some photos of them and still wants/needs a copy of them, let me know.. I bring up a few CD's of all the photos I took last year... I know I flaked on some of the requests after I lost contact info...

^^^I can't make this year's party so if you want to swing through Davis tomorrow your friend is more than welcome to borrow a beacon(BCA Tracker2)/shovel/probe/Whippet/ice axe/boot crampons/etc... Shoot me a PM if u want to discuss further.

Looks like we're not going to be able to get there till late Friday night (12 AM?). We're still pretty new to splitboarding. Anyone planning a mellow tour Saturday?

Hey Greg. I might have a beacon for your buddy. I will be bringing it to the Kali party. It's actually the beacon that Storn let me borrow this season. I just picked up my own last week.

Somebody will be...I'd say just try to rally in the morning and find me I'll introduce ya to everyone and we'll try to find a tour that's suitable to you.

Just start poking your head into bedrooms til you find a free bed! Upstairs and to your left will be a good place to start.
