It seems the front of my split is not as solid as before when in board mode, and it looks like it's because there is a tiny amount of play developing between the Voile chinese hooks in the front. Does anyone know of a quick and easy way to tighten up the fit? I've already tried tightening up the bolts there, but doesn't seem to have affect it much.

I've had similar problems with those things. It happens from regular use, and is an issue that Voile needs to address.
The screws aren't held in place by much, and are put through the thinnest part of the snowboard. So, over time they have a tendency to wear away at the wood and become crooked, creating a gap.
On an old board I took out the screws, filled the holes with JB Weld, then put the screws back in. When the JB Weld hardened, the screws stayed in place. This seemed to work, but the board snapped a few weeks later (unrelated) so I didn't get to see how long my "solution" lasted.
