I am REALLY impressed by alot of the lines riders here are doing. All of you guys hittin' Eastern Sierra, wow. You all should be grateful for the copious snow season. Jimw, bcrider, BCD, Wyoming splitride, nomad; you all are kicking ass this spring. I wish I could make out to the Eastern Sierra this spring, unfortunately I burned all my vacation time chasing snow this winter. Damn 40 hour jobs suck.
A few things I figured out this season. First, splitboarding has kickstarted my love with snowboarding. Resort riding had gotten kinda stale. Second, I will, I swear, make it to Utah splitfest. That trip looked kick ass. Third, I swear, I will be in shape for Winter '07. (Ha! I say that every year).
Quick report from the high desert southwest. Our snow disappeared as fast as it came. The snow is all off my 12k foot mountain. Mountain biking season has been on for a month. Fire season is over the top, worst fire conditions ever they say. At least I'm busy fly fishing the trico hatches in the evenings.
Keep the trip reports coming, as long as the snow lasts, your stoke keeps me stoked!
