Still trying to decide where to go this coming weekend. Somewhere between Bishop and bridegeport. Thanks for the beta on Dana, wanting a few options , how is Dunderberg? Looking for something for the whole"group" and that looks like a big ole cruser

Very nice. Thanks for the stoke. I had family in over theholidays, did you score good trestles? Its been so good down here for so long. All those storms that brought you rain brought us 8-10 foot for about 3 weeks. I actually downsurfed a 01 foot swell in the boat going back to the marina. Shit THAT was fun
Yeah - I ended up crazy busy with family & friends during xmas, too. I just got one sess in at Tressles on xmas day. It was well overhead but lumpy with a 50% closeout rate. Seems like I keep missing epic conditions by one day.
Sorry I missed out on boat-surfing that 10 footer.

Be sure and check the avy report before you go up on Tom, Elderberry is a natural avy trap (cf. last year's incident). If it dumps fast, you might want to change plans. It was quite white last week though.
Expecting 1-2 feet in Sierras Saturday. Likely to be a fair amount of wind with storm. Would not recommend Elderberry after this storm. If you are looking for BC this weekend, would recommend early Saturday OR stick to inbounds Sunday and Monday...that's my two cents.
You just got my vote for the best screen name of all time.... You must be one mean motherf****
Conditions - Went up on Round Top this morning, and it was pretty much a skating rink... makes me worry about what effect this coming storm will have. Could make for a nasty slide bed... also bodes poorly for the rest of the year... unless the storm starts out exceptionally warm and wet... oh' joy!
