They seem pretty true to size to me Fro.

Much more so than the K2 boots I'm used to. I dont expect the thermo liners to pack out much.

Hey, BCR...do you know the approx weight diff on the SL9 vs. the driver? (say size 8 or so...whatever...just looking for an example). I only ask, as I'm starting to OCD on weight, but love my driver X boots. Although I busted the little thingy on the inside strap that keeps the inside liner tight. Needless to say...I am now in the market for boots. I also have a set of Salamon SPX Carbons that have seen better days. Not to mention they have that funky system that keeps the bolts from slipping. That system tends to bend the slider plates (Bently can attest to this).

Good thread....I think I'm sold on C60 & Drivers, but interested in the weight diff.

I haven't weighted the SL8s yet but they are spooky light. I also haven't felt the Driver X but I would guess it would also be light just not as light as the SL8. It will definitely have a better sole and probably have more all around durability too. I'm pretty sure they have the same liner as well, which rules btw.

and....I love my drivers

oh wait....they are broke.....time to buy new drivers!
