I just set my six pack on my belly and whala.. Seriously though thinking about the approaching season is good motivation to get off the ass and feel the burn. Its a little depressing down here in the desert waiting for snow though. Pretty much any biking, hiking, running, lifting, pull-ups, push-ups, pull-downs, push-ins and outs will help. I don't mind waiting for my buddies (usually not long) but i can't abide being dropped. Even when i'm out of shape i'll pull myself inside-out to keep up.
