Not sure if alot of people are aware of what Jeremy Jones and crew are upto right how but they have stepped up their AK game from Glacier Bay National Park where alot of deeper was filmed to The Bagley Icefield in the Wrangell St Elias national park.
The Icefield and the mountains are a whole other notch up and I have nothing but respect for these guys right now.
I just did a 10 day base camp in glacier bay outside Haines and saw a whole crew of professional athletes part of a film crew spend 2 weeks in the same zone Jones did and not ride any of the big dog lines in it.
Here is a link to Ryland's report from their base camp with Audio.

These guys are really evolving their moutaineering skills specific to splitboarding and it wouldn't surprise if we see them summit and ride something in the himalayas for the movie after Further.

Yup, it is cool to see JJ and crew going into the St. Elias, this is a huge zone, with virtually unlimited riding potential.

I have always wanted to go back since my 3 week stint snowboard mountaineering based on the Klutlan Glacier there back in '96. And, pilot Paul Klaus and his Ultma Thule operation are top notch-no one knows the Wrangell/St Elias zone better than he does.

I expect that JJ and crew will be unlocking some potential there, right now, on the Bagley Icefield, they are at the edge of the St Elias, there is way more to explore...
