I've been at the snowboarding thing for a long time, try 15 seasons. I've doing the BC thing for a while, usually through resort BC gates, or hiking on pass roads like Mt. Rose, Donner, Loveland, Wolf Creek, etc... But I'm ready to start going further into the BC, and earning my turns. So can I get some advice on gear? Is there a general consensus on boards? And how about avy gear? Beacons? Digital vs. analog?
