I use the toe and heel blocks of the F2 Race Titanium binding on a Voile slider. I am able to use the cant and lift system from the original binding. Currently I still have a supply of the older 5.5mil bails. Now the F2 Race Titanium comes with 5.9mil.
I am not positive of the amount that I cant, but it is the smallest amount possible using the stock wedges. I have slight inward cant on both the front and back foot.

I use 2.5 degree cant wedges from tognar tools with the RacePlate mod bindings. This makes the TLT5 boot shafts neutral when clipped in, as they have built in cant for skiing (which helps them split ski a little better). Sognar's thread on the RacePlate bindings shows these cants (in the binding forum).
