Does anyone have a Burton Ak pack(23L or 30L)? I want to replace my Dakine.

I have a 23 and love it.

At first I was bummed w/o all the padded waist straps, pockets and shit. Then, once I rode in it I remembered that snowboarding is a sport where you are flying through the air, spinning, and laying down sweet lines in the powder.

Mines the one with the shovel pocket on the outside and 'upside down', which I love when its snowing. It has a 'rip cord' if you need it in an emergency- very accessible.

Its very no-frills and I'm glad it fits tight on my back. Truly minimalist and I hardly feel it.

Did lose my shovel handle in really tight trees once, though. Bummed cause it was a T-wood! (saw inside the handle)

could use some more pockets, internal divider, or the ability to get in easier with the board strapped on (which some newer ones have), etc. but if you get an internal organizer you're all set. Definitely get one at 1/2 off through an outlet, very little changes worth buying new full retail for.
