I'm wondering how you guys store all your b/c stuff when you go to the mountains. I have been either stuffing all my stuff in the back of my SUV (w/ the back seats up) or just put the snowboards on top and kept most of the stuff inside the car. Does anyone have any pictures of a roof-rack/roof-box setup so you can put gear and boards on top? I am debating whether to get the side loading 'Thule' Lock 'n system w/ a roof-rack (http://www.rei.com/product/665015) , but heard bad things about the way it carries boards. What do you guys do?

I carry my gear in a Yakima roofbox - I have a canvas 'magic sock' for my board so it doesn't get dinged by other gear. It's particularly important to keep dripping equipment out of my wagen especially my rancid boots. Roofbox also means more room for passengers.
