I bought these gloves a little over a year ago. Their website description states:
Quote:
"The Sensei is a revolutionary glove with welded construction that eliminates stitches,"
"No stitches?" I thought, "cool!"
Well, not so much. Early on in my second season with these gloves, they started coming apart at the seams, which only got worse and worse. Now they look like this:
I suppose a little duct tape will fix the issue, but I wouldn't expect to have to do this to $119 gloves after a year of use.

While BD still can't figure out the simple task of how to market their products to bc snowboarders they are actually quite good when it comes to warranty.
I'd give them a quick call Adam, I'd be willing to bet they'd fix or replace your gloves for free.

Cool. I emailed them as well. The gloves are older than one year and they were a gift, so I have no receipt.

ZING!
Seriously, thanks to all for the feedback. I've bought a nice pair of Hestra "crab-mitts" that solve my cold fingertips issues in mid-winter, and I will be continuing to pursue Black Diamond in order to use the Sensei's again in warmer conditions.
