Wow, lots of fresh goods there. I had the Sidewinder jacket for about half of last season but I really disliked the curved zipper. When it was zipped up however (when it really matters) it's performance was well on par with Arc'Teryx' high standards.

YMMV, but I had to treat my leather palms several times on my Hestra gloves. Just a heads up. Wore mine for the first time at splitfest a few years ago, had wet hands after only treating them once. Good to go now, after the fourth treating, and seasonal retreating.

Jon - it's my public opinion, both as a slacker and as a lifestyle artist, that you need a split A-Frame at least as badly as you need your 192 Rad-Air Tanker. (Which is to say that you need both.) If it will help with the wife for me to create a notarized statement to that effect I'd be happy to oblige.
