I did a multiday tour with a dude using that pack. It looked like a great pack for an extended trip in the mountains, but more size than most folks like for day trips.
The straps in the back were likely designed for crampons. I'm pretty sure you could carry your board with that pack (certainly A frame style in ski mode) but it would not be as simple as a different pack.
used the bag for a long trip last spring and own 2 (65l want one). the crampon straps wont hold a solid board. But will carry a frame well. The pack collapses nicely.
