I just ordered from them (about a week ago), customer service has been good so far.

I've had a cloud cap jacket from them for 5 years now. It fits my lanky torso very well. The zippers on the pockets broke last year and I was told it is still under warranty if I want to ship it back. I've been wanting to get a new softshell from them too. Top quality product in my opinion.
