I just saw this in the manual for the BCA Stash BC Rider:

The Stash BC pack (ski specific version) has an add-on snowboard attachment kit you can order for $20. This means with the add-on attachment kit, you could attach the split to the ski straps while skinning and to the snowboard straps while riding without having to do any transitions making it an ideal pack for splitboarding.

BTW, the kit is not on BCA's website. You have to call them to order it.
