I am interested in hearing for SB members, who have purchased, and have extensively used (or abused) a relatively new backcountry innovative product (within the last three years). Please give a short summary of:

1) What is the product:
2) When was it purchased.
3) Has the item met or exceeded your expectations? or

For example: I am curious about how the new Polartec NeoShell Neo Shell and shell fabrics have held up to extensive use. But I do not what to limit this thread to one item.
