I have two Dakine packs, both less than five years old, and multiple zippers have failed. The teeth will not mesh together to close no matter how I pull it. Of course, Dakine won't honor their warranty without an original receipt (who the hell keeps a receipt for a backpack?)

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this with Dakine packs. In comparison, I have a fifteen year old Jansport that holds just fine.
