I'm in the process of splitting this board for a friend and thought people might like to see how a board with honeycomb is turning out.
It's a K2 Zeppelin (I believe a 2008). It has a honeycomb structure in the center section of the board. So far we cut the board with my table saw and jig. It did have some thin metal plates too which all cut got cut with no problems. I sealed the inside cut with G-flex epoxy and added a little bit of white acrylic paint.
Now the question is how will the t-nuts go? Hmmm. Well see. I'll post picture later.
