Guys Mounting the pucks is a very delicate job. All the holes must be drilled accurately and to the right tolerances. This also include the countersinking. I mount all the hardware less the pucks, make sure the Chinese hooks are completely face to face. Mount the touring brackets and put a board pin in. This guarantees the board is in the correct position to mount the pucks. Then you will have to make a template for the holes and make sure the board and the pucks are drilled off the same template. If done correctly the board fit is great. Take your time and measure twice. PM me if you need any more instructions.
