hallo. first excuse me about my english, i'm an italian boy
i'm going to split a board, but i want and i must install metal edges on the cut edges of the board.
someone can help me? pictures, instructions, links?
much people says that is "impossible" but i want to try, maybe i'm going to be a legend

Not impossible, Monk does it all the time.

Just more work and you have to buy the edges. Might want to practice laying small sections into an old board first too.

Can you let us know where you purchase the edges and maybe provide a few tips?

for the edges is not a problem ,there are shops where to buy it and i can have it from a skiman.
a friend of mine says that he have the edges for me. he is the boss of a snowboard shop and he know a lot of people.
but i don't know how to do it. i was thinking to make a little cut(with a dremmel tool) and than put it inside with epossidic resin.
the work, the time and tools are not a problems, i'm an ironmonger

With careful work, that sounds like the right plan. I think with the dremel though, you have to go slow so the board does not get too hot. Good Luck!

ok, first i have made the cut.
is better the epossidic resin or epossidic glue. i have listen that the resin have some problems with cold. is it right?
