hey ya'll. i'm brainstorming a way to store two boards inside my truck canopy. i'm thinking of mounting them horizontal alongside the side windows. maybe use an old pair of ski rack clamps and fab a bracket to hold them to the canopy walls. the reason, you ask? #1: i don't want them sliding around, i'd like them secure, and if i could get keyed ski rack clamps i could lock them. #2 i'm too cheap to buy a board bag. #3 @ my local spot (hurricane ridge), bro's hike out along klahanie ridge, ride down to the road, and hitch back up to the lifts, so i'd like to free up some interior space to give rides... anybody have a similar setup going? or, any other ideas? pics would be excellent!

Tap - are those cross braces 1x6's? It's hard to tell fro the small photo? My ex had a similar deal in her Toyota but used 2x4s and it doubled as a sleeping surface.
