Too soft homemades

I made my own splitboard with the voile DIY kit and i did it without problem, but the board itself got very soft. Is it any way to make it stiffer?

Close your eyes and think good thoughts while rubbing it back and forth back and forth. Seems to work great for me. :bananas:

this is not a pefect way ....

i call it cnc damper - it is an old trick from niedecker - snowboards.for damping - and stiffy

i mody this trick for 3 pice boards .

by a flatt plat of carbonfiber in 1, - 1,5 mm thikness .
fixed with dubbel glue tape ( the best is from 3M )betwenn the sliderpuck s.
you must test the outline an X geometrie - one small line ... ore some one else

look at the web for an foto of a old niedecker RACEBOARD
call it EXTREM at the year 90????. this board had on the top titansteelness plates

The problem could have something to do with to much whiskey
or if you're younger than 30 not enough.

All joking aside.....are we talking about torsional rigidity or a soft flex pattern?

Monk is a good man - we had no problems
my answere of post is not a bad point to you or any other peopel - only my ideas to build better board s.......
english is not perfect - and some of this guys dont understand my word s right ... sorry .

What about laying strips of fiberglass and epoxying them to the board? is that just crazy, or do you guys think that will work making the board stiffer?

I'm don't buy it. I could say I boarded the gnarliest line but without the TR to prove it that means nothing on the internet ;-)

I dont think this will work all to well. the fiberglass will not like to flex with the board and will tend to delam....
