 Post subject: Splitting a ceramic core?

Anyone had any experience bad or good trying to split an Oxygen element? I have one that I am considering splitting, but it has a ceramic core. I am not sure if it would even be possible to cut it or to cut it without ruining it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe I should save everyone the trouble and reply to myself. :P

Why would I want to split such a crappy board anyway?

Even if it would work it probably wouldn't be worth the $150 I spent on the split kit.

Why don't I just save the $150 and put it towards buying a decent split stick like the Voile Mtn Gun or one of those custom Never Summer's that look so sweet.

Just my .02 to myself.
