What are peoples thoughts on using the new voile channel pucks on a DIY? Could these be used as an alternative to the square DIY pucks or the universal pucks? I like building DIY boards with the universal hole pattern so that stance angles can be adjusted but I prefer the idea of a solid puck. Would these be the best of both worlds?

You don't need the channel one just the normal cant voile pucks.

The point of trying to use the channel puck would be to have a solid puck rather than the pucks you mention which have a rotating disc for stance angles.

I dont think it will work with the standard hole layout.
You wont be able to change the angle as the geometry won't line up.
If you want a fixed stance it will be OK

It wont work with a universal hole pattern but you can use them for a fixed DIY setup. I ordered a set by mistake and I intend to use them on a fixed stance DIY in the future. The universals are supposed to be available now but I haven't checked this morning.
