nice design!

FWIW I know you mentioned you tried them on single wires....

Compared to the dual height wires from voile, the front one is about a wire thickness wider than the standard wire at the tip.

Just curious how these lock downs are working in the feild and if you have any plans on making any more?

I do have plans to make some more once things slow down a bit. Probably have some in a month or so. As far as field tests go, I have had lots of time on my pair before testing out some new features I want to include in the next bunch which still need further testing, but I have not gotten any feedback as of yet from other users. My philosophy is no news is good news...I would be happy to hear from people who are using them though.

Had to do some shaving and shaping for them to work in the blazes, but since then it's been great. A very useful tool and well worth my $40 to greatly increase the functionality of my boards.

To clarify as well, I put them in from the front and just leave them there while touring and slide them back when needed

Good or bad (depending on what sb.com thread you are reading at the time) , I made the unanticipated decision to convert both of my splitboards to a HB setup (the TLT5/Phantom binding setup won me over completely). I sold my unused Voile light rails to a friend---and I haven't made a final decision on how I want to sell my set of rughty's very cool heel lock down devices. If anyone is interested in buying them, send me a PM.
