Well I made some Titanium t-nuts today!
I still have to mill a flat on them to prevent them from turning.
Speaking of t-nuts has any do it yourselfer drilled from the top sheet down almost to base and then backfilled around the t-nut? Just like you would with a surfboard fin box or leash plug.
I am contemplating doing this to eliminate the holes in the base and possible water intrusion from the counter bored holes in the bottom. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
