Just curious to see if anyone has made a DIY splity and then cut their own swallowtail into it to sweeten the powder just a bit? I was thinking about trying it with my old burton king 162cm. Please let me know thoughts and Ideas.

Yeah I'm going this route with a smaller 163 board this season. Its currently at Down The Middle getting split.
My 195 is incredible, but it makes for a long day on the skin track.
Heres a couple of pics of the board with the swallowtail

Go for it! It's quite a difference in the powder. On hardpack it won't be that much different if you don't mess with the effective edge.

Indeed! Kudos to Nearls and Firstlight, for inspiring me to give this a go :headbang:
