I'm wondering if there is anybody out there that has experience spliting boards in Colorado that could split my board and mount hardware for me? There was a guy on Craigslist that had a post about it, but it's no longer on there. I've got the voile kit, and I'm searching for a board now. I would like to find someone with experience who has split boards before. There is a shop up in winter park that will do it for $100, but i'm trying to find someone closer to denver who could do it. Please let me know.

Try PM'ing Keffler. Also, I think I saw the winter park guy saying he would knock off $10 if you were a Friends of Berthoud Pass member. Check the FOBP facebook page, I just saw it tonight.

Good luck. If you've got the tools and a little bit of skill I don't think it is that hard to do. I don't have the tools or the skills though.

Hey, thanks for the reply, I've decided to have Winter Park Custom Splits do it for me. I wanted to try myself, but with out my own tools, it would have been too much. I can't believe nobody in denver is doing this?

Good decision mate, I agree that its possible for anyone to have a crack but to do it well is time consuming and if you can get it done for a hundy then I recon thats good value. Have a look at one of their diy's if you can before they do your one, and satisfy yourself their quality is up to scratch though. Cheers, Rich
