Whats the deal with the 'Spark' system and is it the current "King of the Hill" as far as what I should be looking at for a fellow who is just about to drop a chunk of coin on all new kit in order to get into the sport - and one who doesn't want to "buy it all over again" in 12 months? I don't think I require a typical 'Nube' burn in with basic kit as I've been riding solid for 20+ years now, worked at several resorts etc.
Your input is much appreciated. After all these years as a lift-pass holding boarder, I'm making the plunge this winter and going split-board / skins!

I think that's a sweet board.
Buy the sparks if you prefer softboots, there really is no alternative. It's a joke how much better they are than the slider plate/strap binding combo that we clanked around on for years.
