I've been dialing in my SL bindings according to the supplied instructions. One thing I'm having trouble with is the forward lean adjustment. The mount uses an allen bolt on the highback attached to a nut on the forward lean adjuster. The problem is that I cannot unscrew the adjuster using just an allen wrench! The nut will rotate freely as I turn the allen bolt so I have to use needle nose pliers to hold the nut in place. It's very clumsy and requires multiple tools. Is there some way of retaining/holding the nut in place? What am I doing wrong??

I just made the mod to the ride/stride highbacks on my K setup. I havent changed the forward lean but did see the problem last night. There is no clearance for a socket to fit over the nut. I think a good solution would be to epoxy the nut into the adjuster. This would also made adjustments in the field easier if that was necessary.

As you're turning the allen key jam a small flat head screw driver into the space between the bolt and the binding. I found this to create enough friction to allow you to screw and unscrew the bolt on the lean adjuster.
