I got some new burners but when I was putting them on the board for the first time I realized there was a loose crimp on one of the leashes and the leash wouldn't stay connected to the pin. I contacted spark, they said stop by the shop. I couldn't make it but my girlfriend took it down yesterday. Leash fixed rather than replaced (less waste), no charge, no bullshit. Fixed within 2 days of contact and my slow turn around was the only reason it wasn't fixed in a few hours. Overall I'm always happier dealing with a manufacturer rather than a vendor for both turn around time and transparency. I haven't heard of any customer service cases concerning spark so I thought I would put in a good word.
