Stumbled upon their site last night somehow.

Never heard of them until now, anyone have any more info on them?

Still plugging away this is/could be the final proto? i hope haha. One piece base after extensive testing the folded base was scraped.

It has been a long road. I decided i needed to build small cnc mill/router to start making parts as i didnt have 60k to spend on a new one. This took a few months building and alot of hours designing.

Steep learning curve but im finaly get stuff made!

Dreaming of this daily! Get after it while you can!

I'm glad to see your still at it, currently on Spark Fuses and was thinking about the Ranger design benifits as i was touring the other day. I'm not ready to lay down the cash on a dynafit/phantom set-up yet allthough i like the looks of this system as well..

Touring pivots are finished. Still need the pins to be machined. About to build the ride mode bases. Glad you guys are stoked, its been along time and many hours of learning new process to get to here. Total number of drawings is over 1000!

This is a very interesting and exciting design. Way to push forward with innovation. I like the forward-positioned touring pivot and skeletal base plate.

Some questions:

What's the weight of the entire system?

Are stance angles limited? If so, to what range?

Did you design the touring bracket (the piece mounted to the board) or is at an AT system?

How does the binding connect to the touring bracket? Is it a one-step pin system?

Does the forward-wrapping heal cup inhibit lateral boot flexibility?

Is the portion fore of the heel cup necessary to the structural integrity of the binding, or could it be removed with little consequence?

Does this system have a touring-mode (or ski-mode) heel lock-down?

Roughly 2.2kg at this point. Total 700-800gram at the binding with carbon high backs.

Are stance angles limited? If so, to what range? stance range is +-30 + most widths

Built it. Its to tech binding standards for the pin widths/size.

Touring bracket is fixed to the toe block all the time. The Pins are fixed in place. The binding removes from the toe block.

Experimenting with the sidewalls. I like them, but will find out what others think first. They are not as high as the seem in the pictures. The base connection also provides lateral flex and allows board flex.

This is very exciting. If I'm reading this correctly it means that you are very close to having one interface that works with softboots and hardboots that just uses different bindings but the same touring bracket and the same ride interface. That's a big improvement for people who want to go back and forth.

Thanks for understanding that some flex in the binding is a good thing. :thumbsup:

Yes it's very ridged toe 2 heel and the pucks allow lateral flex at the binding. On to the hard parts straps and
ratchets
