Got myself a pair of some unused blaze bindings. Reading some post here got me a bit worried. Seems like there is some bad production in the early days of these. Can anyone confirm what production I have?

you have the older style straps before they were sourced from burton. Swaps is easy with most other brand straps, or spark sells a strap kit. baseplate, heelcup, very close to the current production blaze's
