Despite searching I couldn't find exact info: are the Voile crampons on Voile touring brackets compatible with Spark Blaze or Burner? Thanks

Negative. Sparks fit on the outside of the touring brackets and require a longer Spark pin. Voile's fit inside and use the standard pin.

You need Mr. Chomps for Spark bindings. They are nicer than the Voile's but a little more expensive. They bonus is you can install and remove them without taking off you binding.

On a related note, if anyone picks up the new Mr Chomps, I would be interested to see some pics of how/why they play nicer with Voile dual-height heel risers than the old Mr Chomps.
