Can you help me figure out how to repair my out dated Burton splitboard binding?

One of my bindings is missing a pin. Each binding has two pins that engage from the side and lock in, with a mechanical pincher device.

I need a new pin and a way to insert it back into the binding interface.

Or maybe someone is willing to sell a replacement of the binding interface?

Any thoughts or suggestions? thanks!

I have an S-Series with this same set of face plates on them. I've done alot of custom machine work to keep them usable. I have access to equipment that make this easier for me. It may be expensive for you.

Bottom line: If you want to continue to use the Burton Set-up you need to have a machine shop build you a pin and press it into the hole as long as there is no other damage to the pin locator. It will need to be made of a strong alloy metal. Use stainless steel as a last resort.

Reccomendation: I would replace your set-up. The Burton S-Series was a nice concept when introuduced on the market but it has way too many moving parts. The most complicated being the cam action that locks your pins into the face plate and the pins themselves. If the pins or cam have been damaged you may be risking injury. I understand new gear may sound expensive but the technology has advanced way beyond the S-Series. They are built much lighter and stronger today. I think you'll be happier in the long run with some new tech!!
