I have had a bunch of people asking me for tips and tricks to do the welding process. I have figured out all of this on my own through trial and error. I saw there was a demand for what I was doing and decided to invest a lot of time and money into developing a product I can be proud of and possibly even make my full time job as I love it so. To help preserve this goal, I can no longer divulge information vital to the production of welded binding systems. Thanks to all of you who have provided support along the way through my conversions and for those of you who choose to continue this through Triad binding purchases and future conversions.
edit: I will be offering DIY Triad baseplates for those who are interested. They will be weld ready versions of the current Triad baseplates. Price will be posted as they become available.

Binding pics and weights coming later this week. Looking to release the second run somewhere around middle to end of January. Hopefully that will come with a little snow in the Sierra!

The Triad slider plates look great Ken. Now, instead of welding wings onto the plate, how about welding a 2" strip of metal on the sides of the fold at the 4 corners that can be drilled and tapped to allow multiple mounting points for Bomber bails and give hardbooters the lightest possible, unbreakable, and cheapest split system ever devised. Combined with canted overlapping pucks they would blow away all other hb options.

NICE, we might have to get Fin to to make up some of His wide bails to allow for the width of the AT boot toe and match the width of the slider plate. Bomber already has the shoulder lugs that will bolt to the side of the plate.
