Tried this combo out with my normal Burton t6 board at Snoqualamie last week and I'm pleased so far. The liners have powerlaces, making them easy to lace and to adjust tightening, and have heel forms which hold the heel comfortably down. The power transfers well through the boot to the board and was far more comfortable on the lift and dismount than any snowboard boot I've worn. They also have a a serious comparative lack of ankle or calf strain when just walking around than a normal snowboard boot. Need to take this out with my S series, but it's certainly superior than the Koflachs alone and it beats the hell out of having to carry boarding boots and crampon compatible climbing boots up Shasta.
