The only (negligible) downside when compared with my Driver Xs is the external lacing system, which is traditional and takes a while (you need to tie the laces, which of course with gloves can be hard or impossible).
Anyone knows if there's a way to modify it? The internal laces work very well, so I thought maybe you could use something similar.
Has anyone here dealt with Todd before? I keep getting the run around, he takes 3-4 days to reply to emails if he replies at all, and so far has pretty much lied about availability, shipping, timing, etc. I ordered my boots 3 weeks ago so I'd have them before I leave for Alaska next week and now it sounds like they haven't even left Italy yet. Had I known this before, I would have ordered directly from Fitwell. And now I'll likely have to file a dispute with paypal to get my $615 back.

I just received my fitwells today. I ordered them from Todd on March 2nd and they definitely took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated... but I'm pretty stoked on them so far. I'll try and post beta more once I have a chance to get them on the mountain. These things are bomber!
