For all the Utah splitters out there (and anyone who happens to be visiting…)

Come check out this event down at Wasatch Touring! Social time, guest speakers, benefit for the UAC, BYOB… sounds fun! :bananas:

Round One was a success! Great gathering last night at Wasatch Touring… thanks to all who came down for a classic presentation from Cowboy!

There was lots of stories from back in the day, money was raised for the Utah Avalanche Center, and someone won some BD Compactor poles.

Round Two scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 6.

(Also, for those following the Wasatch Splitfest, Round Four will take place during those dates… more bang for your buck!)

    Slide show telling the story…

Ahhhhh, the 90’s! Such a memorable time in the Wasatch split II boarding history…The days of R&D with wacky board shapes, hard core riding, Alta poaching and pioneering. Good times!

Hey KR; how about an announcement on the next lecture in the Wasatch Splitboard Speaker Series?

I for one am looking forward to hearing  Trent speak again. And then the Provo Bros., that’s just icing on the cake. :bananas: Wow!

Awesome lecture last night!!! Matt was super fun to listen to about his southern hemi adventures. Seriously, thanks for putting this on SEC (Splitbaord Education Center), Wasatch Touring, UAC (Utah Avalanche Center) and a big ups to KR.

It’s a great way to connect with the SLC splitboard community. If you haven’t made it out to one of these you gotta try. It’s worth it.

Another good night down at Wasatch Touring for Round Four of the W.S.S.S. This was the final round, and it went out with style. Presented in coordination with the 2013 Wasatch Splitfest.

    Julian Hanna tells the story…

    Crowd shot

Mingle with Wasatch Splitfest folks… Thanks for coming out everyone!

Great event last Thursday – “Chasing the Stoke” was awesome. Julian’s a solid speaker.

Excellent series wrap up as well. I really hope to see this series continue on into the next season. Thanks for putting this on KR and SEC!!! Your efforts are greatly appreciated by me and the rest of the SLC – SPLB Community. And a big shout out to Wasatch Touring for hosting it. A shop that cares about the local community goes a long way in my book.

Any chance of the WSSS making a return this year?

Ha, good timing! Just finished up a meeting, and one of the items on the agenda was whether or not to run it again… I think the decision is ‘yes’ :headbang: although details still need to be finalized.

Stay tuned for more details! (And keep your calendar free either W, Nov. 20 or Th, Nov. 21.)
