    Anyone know anything about this one? This is the only record I can find of it. Skier triggered hard slab that looks like it took someone for a real ride. Hoping that not hearing about it means everyone made it out ok.

    Given it’s in CO, and CAIC keeps data for the whole country, and theres no mention of a CO fatality on their site from that day, one could assume it did not result in a fatality.

    In comparison to whats been sliding in other parts of CO, UT, and WY, thats not even on the radar.. 12 foot burials, R4s depositing 25 feet of debris.. deep slabs that are skiier-triggered.

    Agreed, it has been a horrible winter. Was just asking if any locals had more info or knew anyone involved. We tend to pay close attention to the areas we ride regularly and that could have easily been a fatal slide.
