I am looking at shipping a split over there and fedex wants $350. Plus Id imagine he would have to pay customs on top of that? Any help would be appreciated. Maybe you can bring in a few boards and sell them. April 5, 2012 at 12:02 am #654459 South Island Split 66 Posts Send tr_nz a message. I know he imported a Never Summer split from the US. Can’t remember how much it cost him to ship it out here to NZ but it did take a hell of a while to get out here. Use a freight forwarder and they will sort it out for you. As long as the goods + shipping are not worth more than $1000 you dont pay Duty or GST. Let me know if you need any help.
