So it’s not only the home of Split Life Films, I’ll host other splitboarding videos too. I’ve already reached out to a bunch of you whose videos are awesome, but you should check out the site and use the form there to send me your stuff if you want more exposure for your (splitboarding-related) video work. Full length Split Life film premieres at this year’s Mt. Baker Splitfest… cya there. Thanks mucho! What editing software do you find the best. My token skier friend has been doing our edits the last few years but I want to give it a go myself this season. I’ll see if I can get him to post. I use Premiere for editing, I have the ‘Elements’ version which has most of the functionality but costs a lot less… I totally suck at editing but have gotten some basics down just by doing it and beating my head against it… if you want the Pro version they have a monthly license option which is like $50/month or so but I think if you do that you may as well just buy it outright. I’m stoked that you and others want to try to push up the level of video edits! If your crew has stuff out on youtube or vimeo already, send it over through the splitlife.net site (‘submit videos’ page) and I”ll take a look. www.splitlife.net Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
