Stats 5’7″ 175# 10.5 Boot PNW N ID is home tighter trees at times Besides N ID will use in the Cascades including volcanos, Canadian Rockies and W Montana Cabinets I will use this board to approach for ice/alpine climbs also so a little heavier pack at times. 158 ww 24.9 162 ww 25.4 I currently ride a 158 Thanks Jason May 4, 2013 at 8:51 pm #668345 barrows 1490 Posts N Idaho, Canadian Rockies, and MT are dry powder areas. You will want the bigger surface area of the 162 at your weight for floatation, unless spinning 1080s off of backcountry kickers is your priority. It’s a good board with great design features. I love the topsheet material and the bevelled top sheet, which minimizes scratches from when I cross my skis.
